Rooms at Deniz Houses Hotel are carefully designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. There are 30 rooms are of various sizes and types such as Standart Rooms (Land Side Rooms), Sea-View Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Family Rooms. The rooms are spread through 3 neigbouring buildings each with 4 floors (no elevator). All rooms have large windows opening to fresh air and sunlight. They are decorated with colourful bedclothes, curtains and rugs over a parquet (hardwood) flooring.

Furnished with comfortable beds, each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower stall and washing facilities. Air conditioned in summer and heated in winter, they provide year-round comfort, no matter what the weather is like outside. A minibar holds complimentary water and mineral water to quench your thirst as soon as you arrive. Other thoughtful touches: Plasma TV with international channels, complimentary bedroom slippers and standard toiletries, the use of a hair dryer and free Wi-Fi connection to help you stay connected. Bed&Linen provided for free and all rooms are cleaned everyday without extra cost. Bathrooms are specious with cabin shower and complimentary soap, shampoo, slippers, towels and hair-dryer provided. Cleanliness and comfort are among the basic standarts at Deniz Houses and followed up by all the staff. Our cleaning staff does a superb job of keeping the rooms spic and span, with freshly laundered towels and sheets. For a small extra cost, you may use our laundry and ironing service.

Room Descriptions :

Land Side Rooms : They are on the front side of the hotel looking over a nice and quite street. They are large enough to feel comfortable and equipped with all the standart facilities of the. The rooms sizes vary from 15 m2 to 20 m2. Bedding types of double bed or two single beds available. The bathrooms have cabin shower and cabinets with hair-dryers. All roms have a make-up mirror and minibar supplied with complimentary water and mineral water.

Rooms with The Sea-View : We have several rooms looking over The Sea of Marmara with Asian Side coasts and Princess Islands behind. The rooms getting bright sunshine during the day and you can watch the stars in the sky over the sea at nights. Double bedding or two single beds provided upon reuqest. The bathrooms have cabin shower and bathrooms cabninets with hair-dryers by them. The size of the rooms vary from 20 m2 to 25 m2. All roms have a make-up mirror and minibar supplied with complimentary water and mineral water. There is a kettle & cups in the room with  tea bag, herbal tea, nescafe and cakes for your complimentary use.

Deluxe Rooms with Sea-View : These rooms are found on a 3 floor apartment with a different entrance from the hotel at the next building. The rooms are larger comparing other hotel rooms and all have a sea-view.

The room on the 1st. floor is about 30 m2 including the bathroom. There room has a double bed which can also be drawn aparted for twin use as well. There is also sofa bed in the room to rest which can be also used as a double bed in case needed. Besides the cheval glass, there is also writting desk in the room located in the hall of the room hat you can use your laptop on. The hall is opening to a garden about 12 m2 where there is also a table with chairs to enjoy the sea-view. There is a kettle & cups in the room with  tea bag, herbal tea, nescafe and cakes for your complimentary use. A minibar is found as well supplied with complimentary water and mineral water.

The room on the 2nd. floor is about 26 m2 including the bathroom. The room has a double bed which can also be drawn aparted for twin use as well. There is also a sitting place in the room connected to bedroom with a short coridor. An extra bed can be supplied to this area upon request. Bathroom is marble paved as if a modrn copy of a Turkish bathnroom. A writing desk is found in the room to use your laptop. The bedroom is opening to the balcony overlooking to the sea. The rooms is getting bright sunshine during the day. There is a kettle & cups in the room with  tea bag, herbal tea, nescafe and cakes for your complimentary use. A minibar is found as well supplied with complimentary water and mineral water. 

The 3rd. floor room is the largest one among the deluxe rooms with about 32 m2 wide. The bedroom is located on the sea-side opening to the balcony and getting sunshine during the day. The bedding is portable for double or 2 single use upon request. There is also a canopy bed in the wide corridor leading to the sitting room. The room is large enough to be supplied an extra bed in case needed. The room can guest up to 5 people without being too much closely spaced. There is a large wooden table in the room can be used to work or dining table. The bathroom is marble paved. The handmade rugs on the floor giving the room a sense of a small Ottoman Pavillion bedroom. There is a kettle & cups in the room with  tea bag, herbal tea, nescafe and cakes for your complimentary use. A minibar is found as well supplied with complimentary water and mineral water.  

Family Rooms : We have 2 family rooms with one double and 2 single beddings in each. They are from the land side and pretty quite with a nice view over the street. The bathrooms have cabin shower and bathrooms cabninets with hair-dryers by them. The size of the rooms vary from 23m2 to 28 m2. All roms have a make-up mirror and minibar supplied with complimentary water and mineral water. LCD cable TV in various language channels available in the rooms.
